Ingredients:

  • 2 Dozen eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • Paprika to Garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil Eggs till hard boil, 10/5/5 method, remove shell
  2. Cut in half and remove the cooked yolk
  3. Use whisk to mix together cooked yolks and add mustard, sugar, mayonnaise, pink of salt to taste.

Alterations:

  • Use Greek plain yogurt for a lower
    fat/higher protein option.
  • Add bacon bits, dill or green onions in the mix or add to top to garnish
