Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 2 Dozen eggs
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Paprika to Garnish
Instructions:
- Boil Eggs till hard boil, 10/5/5 method, remove shell
- Cut in half and remove the cooked yolk
- Use whisk to mix together cooked yolks and add mustard, sugar, mayonnaise, pink of salt to taste.
Alterations:
- Use Greek plain yogurt for a lower
fat/higher protein option.
- Add bacon bits, dill or green onions in the mix or add to top to garnish
