From friendly competition to shared cheers in front of a brand-new large screen television, the community embraced every moment of the tournament.
The festivities tipped off with a lively pizza party on the first day of games, setting the tone for weeks of camaraderie and spirited fun. Residents gathered to fill out their brackets, compare predictions, and settle in to watch the action unfold.
At the heart of the excitement was the Bracket Challenge, where residents tested their tournament knowledge and luck. This year’s champion, Lois Stiles, correctly predicted an impressive 44 games, earning her the top spot and plenty of well-deserved bragging rights.
“I didn’t think I’d do that well,” Lois shared. “It’s so fun to be the champion.”
For her win, Lois received a personalized basketball and a commemorative coffee mug, a perfect way to remember her victory.
