Our Funds
Explore the variety of specific funds you can support through the Foundation of Heritage Pointe of Huntington. Each fund, in its own way, is designed to enrich the lives, offer financial assistance, and enhance the well-being of our residents or team members. We thank you for helping us meet these worthy goals through your tax-free contributions.
Foundation Fund
This fund helps Heritage Pointe Communities take care of residents whose financial resources have been exhausted.
Undesignated Fund
This fund is for donations that are not specifically designated for any other fund. These gifts are used where they are needed most.
Souder Memorial Education Fund
This fund provides scholarships to employees and/or their dependents who are furthering their education. Consideration is based on criteria set by the Scholarship Committee, with the goal of the Committee being that recipients’ training be related to the healthcare profession.
Verna W. Johnson Nursing Scholarship Fund
Named after a former resident of Heritage Pointe of Warren, this scholarship is provided to employees who are pursuing a degree leading to licensure as an LPN or RN.
