Spiritual Life at Heritage Pointe
From our very beginning as The United Methodist Memorial Home, Heritage Pointe Communities has had a foundation of faith and dedication to embracing the spiritual needs of our residents. We honor and celebrate a diversity of beliefs and recognize that spiritual fulfillment is deeply personal. While our residents come from various backgrounds and traditions, they find common ground through shared values of compassion, kindness, understanding, and a commitment to living joyfully.
Programs and Services
Heritage Pointe of Huntington provides spiritual support and counsel to ensure the community is always a place residents and staff can feel safe and cared for in a Christian environment. We offer a variety of programs and services throughout the week, and our in-house closed circuit TV channels 50 and 60 feature live and recorded church services every day.
Sunday
10:00 a.m. – Catholic Rosary service.
11:00 a.m. – Church service with Pastor Bill Rapp.
Monday
9:15 – Hymn singing and chapel service.
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
Tuesday
9:30 – Noon: Personal visits from chaplain.
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
3:00 p.m. – Hymn sing on 4th Tuesday of the month.
Wednesday
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
6:30 p.m. – Praise gathering service last Wednesday of month.
Thursday
10:00 a.m. – Chapel service.
10:30 – Noon: Personal visits from chaplain.
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
3:15 p.m. – Catholic Mass 2nd and 4th Thursday of month, Rosary Service on odd number Thursdays.
3:30 p.m. – Bible study.
Friday
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
2:00 p.m. – Gospel music hour.
2:00 p.m. – Spiritual hour with Pastor Rawley on last Friday of the month.
Saturday
11:00 a.m. – Prayer and devotions.
