Ingredients 

  • 12 medium hard boiled eggs 
  • 2 medium avocados  
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp lime juice 
  • ½ tsp salt  
  • ¼ tsp pepper  
  • Paprika or chopped cilantro for garnish  

Instructions 

  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Gently scoop egg yolks into food processors or bowl. Set sliced eggs aside for later. 
  2. Cut and scoop avocados into a food processor or bowl with egg yolks. Add garlic powder and salt/pepper. Blend until smooth 
  3. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or cilantro. Serve right away or cover and regirerate until ready to serve.
