Heritage Pointe Communities Celebrate Leadership Achievement 

Heritage Pointe Communities is proud to announce that Ashli Rice, Vice President of Human Resources, has successfully completed the LeadingAge Indiana VIP Program.  The leadership development experience is for professionals in senior living and other aging services. Heritage Pointe Communities include Heritage Pointe of Warren, Heritage Pointe of Huntington, Heritage Pointe of Ft. Wayne, and Elizabeth Scott Community senior living communities in Indiana and Ohio.  

Rice’s involvement in this intensive program, reflects Heritage Pointe’s mission of delivering exceptional care it its residents, and support its staff. This commitment fuels a culture of continuous learning and growth among staff, empowering them to develop as leaders and better serve their communities. 

The intensive eight-month program equips participants with advanced skills in transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and staff development. With this training, Ashli has further enhanced her leadership abilities and ability to provide fresh ideas and energy to benefit residents and support staff across the Heritage Pointe communities.
